Wine obtained with grapes produced from biodynamic agriculture certified by ICEA and DEMETER. The agronomic management of the vineyards and the breeding techniques are such as to give great balance to the plant. The main fertilization is carried out using legume, cruciferous, graminaceous fertilizers and the use of our composted manure. The pesticide treatments are exclusively based on sulfur, bentonite, very little copper and naturally biodynamic preparations. The wine that comes from these grapes reflects the balance and harmony existing between the plant and the soil, expressing our terroir to the maximum.

Tasting notes:

The siliceous clay soil with a strong presence of skeleton, a very low yield per hectare and a slow aging, demonstrate in no uncertain terms the importance of this wine of ours. Dark red tending to purplish, bright and transparent despite the material essence perceptible at slow turning in the glass. The nose immediately presents fruity notes of morello cherry and blueberry. Vegetable aromas prone to balsamic vinegar anticipate the dark notes of leather on a tobacco and chocolate background. The tannins are present but not intrusive while a remarkable acidic streak helps the push and drinks it, slowly giving way to a slight alcohol return.

The label of this wine is also at km0. In fact, it was made by the landlady, Mrs. Vilma, who designed the graphics, taking into account the history of the Mazzanti and Cerreta families. In particular, the river that characterizes the label reproduces the face of Tommaso, son of Vilma.
