Wine obtained with grapes produced from biodynamic agriculture certified by ICEA and DEMETER. The agronomic management of the vineyards and the breeding techniques are such as to give great balance to the plant. The main fertilization is carried out using legume, cruciferous, graminaceous fertilizers and the use of our composted manure. The pesticide treatments are exclusively based on sulfur, bentonite, very little copper and naturally biodynamic preparations. The wine that comes from these grapes reflects the balance and harmony existing between the plant and the soil, expressing our terroir to the maximum.
Like the grapes that make it up, this wine maximizes the Tuscan territory. Charged of matter and intense red color. The nose is immediately presented with strongly fruity notes that recall blueberry and plum, to then leave room for complex aromas of leather and spices. Long, mineral and deep mouth, with excellent acidity that supports the pleasantness of drinking a wine without a doubt with an important structure and extract.
The label of this wine is also at km0. In fact, it was made by the landlady, Mrs. Vilma, who designed the graphics taking into account the history of the Mazzanti and Cerreta families. In particular, the bee with the turkey bushes represents the meeting of the Mazzanti family with this place, discovered thanks to the nomadic beekeeping activity that Daniele already carried out in the eighties.
