Usage Rules
- 1. Order the voucher
In the voucher form you have chosen, enter the name of the person to whom you are giving it, your e-mail address (to whom the PDF voucher will be sent) and a message or dedication to personalize the gift. (for example “Happy Birthday!”), which will be printed on the voucher itself. If you want the person who receives the voucher to know that you are sending it, you must also enter your name in the message you will send it. (for example “Posted by Roberto”), otherwise it is not reported. For multiple senders or recipients you can also enter multiple names, for example “For Maria and Francesco” from “Luca, Elena and Samuele”. If you prefer to receive the voucher in PDF after you have purchased it, and send it directly to the person to whom you give it, simply enter your e-mail address in the “recipient’s e-mail” field.. - 2. Pay the voucher
After entering the data in the product sheet and the number of vouchers to be purchased, click on the “Buy” button to pay for the voucher. You can pay with your credit card (via the international PayPal secure payment circuit), with a bank transfer or with your PayPal account. - 3. Receive the voucher
After paying, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with the summary of your order, and as soon as payment is received, the voucher will arrive in PDF format, and another copy will reach the person to whom you have decided to give it. If, however, at the time of purchase you entered your e-mail address in the “recipient’s e-mail” field, to send the voucher directly, then you will receive both the e-mails with the PDF vouchers.
Value of the voucher:
The voucher has a value and is expressed in Euros, and is shown in the email that you will receive after completing the order. Whoever receives the voucher does not know what the “gift” amount is. So, if you buy a voucher for multiple people, we suggest that you write in the message to the recipient how many people you made the purchase for.
Validity of the voucher and conditions:
The voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and is subject to availability at the SPA at the time of the booking request. The arrival date can be changed up to 24 hours before arrival (not applied to overnight stay vouchers that are regulated by our booking and cancellation conditions). The voucher is not refundable or transferable or convertible into cash.
